Decants exist so you can try a scent risk-free before committing to a full bottle.
If something is wrong with your order, it arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thevalenciastyle.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, used decants cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our end.
