Returns & Refunds

Decants exist so you can try a scent risk-free before committing to a full bottle, which is why our policy is simple.

All sales are final

Because these are hand-poured fragrance decants, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong scent choice, or because a fragrance smells different on your skin.

The only exceptions

We will replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrived damaged (leaking, broken atomizer, etc.), or
• You received the wrong item.

If either happens, email hello@valencianoir.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, used or opened decants cannot be returned outside of the cases above.
